Nima Farzan has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2020. Mr. Farzan has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Latigo Biotherapeutics since July 2024. He served as a Venture Partner at Foresite Capital from April 2024 to July 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and director of Kinnate Biopharma from March 2020 until the company’s acquisition by XOMA Corporation in April 2024. Previously, Mr. Farzan was President and Chief Executive Officer at PaxVax Corporation (acquired by Emergent Biosolutions), held positions of increasing seniority at Novartis AG and various marketing and business development positions at DoubleTwist. Mr. Farzan served as an associate at The Boston Consulting Group. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
